Do I need to book X Wall in advance?
We always recommend booking in advance but we do have a limited number of walk-in slots each day for groups of all sizes, just enquire about availability when you arrive, and our team will be happy to advise on the next available slot. Please note, walk in slots are subject to availability and wait times vary depending on demand.
How long is a session in X Wall and how many people are allowed?
Each X Wall session is up to 60 minutes long for up 6 people.

What time will my X Wall session start?
The time of your X Wall session is detailed on your email confirmation. You will need to check in at the Welcome Desk on the third floor and we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booked slot, so we can get you set up and playing as soon as possible.

What should I wear for X Wall?
We recommend you wear trainers and loose fitting comfortable clothing to play.
Where do I check in for X Wall?
You will need to check in at the Welcome desk located on the third floor ten minutes before your booked session. At the end of your session you'll need to return everything to where you checked in.
