• The competition is open to UK residents. Entrants under the age of 18 may enter but, if selected as a winner, must provide permission from a parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded.

• Employees of The Light Cinemas Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition may not enter. 

• To enter, participants must: 

• Play X-Wall at a participating The Light venue during the promotional period; and 

• Complete the official online entry form before 23:59 on 20 July 2026. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified. 

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. 

• The winner will receive a prize of up to £1,000 to be awarded to a local football club nominated by the winner, subject to the club being eligible and contactable. 

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered to the winner. 

• The nominated football club will determine how the funds are used. The Promoter does not require the funds to be spent on any specific items or activities. 

• The selected winner must provide proof of purchase before the prize is confirmed. Acceptable proof may include an online booking confirmation email or a valid till receipt from a participating venue. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in disqualification and an alternative winner being selected. 

• The winner will be contacted using the details supplied on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

• By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may announce their first name and nominated football club for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition. 

• Personal information supplied will be used solely for the administration of the competition unless entrants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications from The Light Cinemas. Marketing consent is optional and is not required for entry. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, refuse fraudulent entries, amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary, or withdraw the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. 

• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

• Live sporting events are delivered via third-party broadcast feeds and are subject to schedule changes, delays and interruptions, including those caused by adverse weather or other circumstances beyond The Light's reasonable control.
• Whilst we will endeavour to screen the event as advertised, we cannot guarantee that a match will be shown in full, or at all, if significant delays or disruptions occur.
• If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from screening the event, affected guests will be offered a complimentary ticket to a future film or live screening. No cash alternative will be offered.
• Any food and beverage items included with the original booking are excluded from the replacement offer and will not be reissued.
