Enjoy a relaxed and sensory-friendly bowling experience with dimmed lights, reduced sound, and quieter surroundings. These sessions offer fully accessible lanes and ramps, plus fewer lanes in use to create a more comfortable and spacious environment—perfect for those who prefer a calmer setting.

Relaxed Challenge Walls Sessions

Our Relaxed climbing sessions offer a quieter, sensory-friendly environment, perfect for those who prefer a slower pace. With smaller group sizes, these sessions provide a fun and social way to get active. Up to five parents or carers can support in the climbing area, with a safety briefing and high-vis jacket required—just speak to our team on arrival.

Relaxed Mini Golf Sessions

Experience the excitement of Mini Golf in a sensory-friendly setting with lower music and lighting. These adjustments create a calmer environment, allowing you to enjoy the game at your own pace without sensory overload.

Got a question?

Can my baby/toddler come to a screening?

We offer Baby-Friendly screenings for parents with children under the age of one-year-old. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult (parent or carer over 18 years old) with a maximum of two adults per child. No child over the age of one will be allowed into these showings.

We offer Toddler Time screenings for pre-school children. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult (parent or carer over 18 years old).

We also offer Family Specials for families with younger children. However, we strongly discourage guests from bringing children under the age of three to these screenings.

What age does the senior ticket start from?

Senior tickets are available for guests aged 60 years old and over.

Are you fully accessible for disabled customers?

We are a fully accessible venue with a lift to all floors, wheelchair spaces in all our screens and ramps to access our bowling lanes. We also have bowling ball ramps.

What are Family Special film screenings?

Family Specials are select showings of family-friendly movies at weekends, Bank Holidays plus school holidays.

What Baby-friendly Screenings do you have coming up?

What are Baby-Friendly film screenings?

Baby-friendly screenings are exclusively for parents with children under the age of one. A maximum of two adults can attend per baby and no children over the age of one are allowed entry. These showings are not open to the general public unless attending with a baby under one.

These showings have lowered sound with lights slightly raised and where possible we offer an unsupervised buggy park. Changing facilities are also available.

Where are your wheelchair spaces in the screens?

In the majority of our screens, the wheelchair spaces close to the front. In all cases they can be reached without assistance.

These are clearly shown on the seating plan when you book your tickets.

What are Dementia-friendly screenings?

Dementia-friendly screenings are specially designed for people who require an adjustment or those who prefer a more relaxed showing. These showings are open to the general public.

There are no adverts or trailers and the lighting will be slightly raised throughout the film. There is often an interval roughly half-way through and we offer complimentary refreshments for 45 minutes before the screening starts.

What are Autism-friendly/Relaxed screenings?

Autism-friendly screenings, or Relaxed Screenings, cater for those who require an adjustment to enjoy watching a movie or those who prefer a more relaxed showing. Screenings do not have adverts or film trailers. The lights are dimmed and the sound is lowered, and guests are free to move around. These shows are open to the general public.

What is CEA?

We are a member of the UK Cinema Association. The UKCA promotes the Cinema Exhibitors Association (CEA) Card. If you are a disabled person, you can apply for a CEA card. This allows your carer free admission when they attend the cinema with you.

A 2-1 companion support card is available to apply for via the CEA card scheme, to provide two complimentary tickets for guests with more complex disabilities. To find out if you are eligible or if you require 2-1 support please contact 2to1@ceacard.co.uk directly.

I am hearing impaired. What support do you offer?

We have a portable hearing loop system available at the counters and we offer a neck loop which uses the 'T' setting on hearing aids or a headset system in our screens for all our films and events. Please ask a member of our team if you require the use of this kit.

Do you offer audio described films?

We offer an audio soundtrack for visually impaired customers on many of our films, this is indicated by AD on the film's listing page.

Please speak to a member of staff at the cinema to find out whether this is available on a particular film, and to supply you with a headset to access the content when you arrive.

Do foster carers get discount?

Carer tickets are provided for those who care for people with disabilities. As a general rule, we don’t offer free tickets for foster carers. We would encourage you to make contact with your registered foster organisation and ask that they make contact us so that we can discuss any potential arrangements with them.

Can I take my child's pram or pushchair into the screen with me?

Yes you can, where space permits. We have a small area at the front of the screens for prams and pushchairs but space is limited, and you may need to leave them outside of the screen in a private room. Fire exits, stairways and aisles must not be blocked in any way.

Your prams, pushchairs and any belongings left with them are left at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for them.

Can my carer come with me for free?

Yes your carer can attend for free:

1. If you have a CEA card you can book your carer ticket online through our website. Click here for more information on the CEA card.

2. You can visit us in-venue and our team will be happy to book your ticket for you.

3. Contact us via our live chat and our team will be able to help get you booked in.

Are support and guide dogs welcome in the cinema?

We warmly welcome guests with trained assistance dogs into all our venues.
